Gallamine is regarded as neuromuscular blocking agent. Muscle relaxant; allosteric muscarinic receptor antagonist with an order of potency of M2 > M1 = M4 > M3 = M5. Ligand for the peripheral anionic binding site of acetylcholinesterase. |
