Cadmium bromide is used in process engraving, lithography and photography.

Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. It is hygroscopic in nature. Incompatible with strong oxidizing agents, potassium, metals, azides, zinc, selenium/selenium oxides and tellurium.
