| Biochem/physiol Actions【生化/生理作用】 | Ganoderic acid A elicits anti-nociceptive, hepatoprotective, anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). It also shows an inhibitory effect against protein prenyltransferase and β-glucuronidase. Ganoderic Acid is reported to exhibit anti-tumor activity via its inhibitory effect on nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and activator protein 1 (AP-1). |
