DIM-C-pPhtBu causes apoptotic cell death of KB cells by activation of endoplasmic reticulum stress through induction of CHOP protein that is associated with the apoptosis in human oral cancer cells. Also it appears to induce an autophagic cell death in drug-resistant ER-negative breast tumors. |
