It displays cytoprotective effects against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced acute lung injury (ALI) by inhibiting nucleotide-binding domain (NOD)-like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome and activating nuclear factor erythroid 2–related factor 2 (Nrf2). Flavonoid from Citrus limon. Antioxidant. Inhibits carcinogen activation by inhibiting the CYP1A1 enzyme. |
